Three - Toed - Sloth

Hi, I'm Sam, and today I posted this informational report on three-toed sloths for literacy.

I enjoyed doing this post because I like sloths.

My 9th Birthday

I had my 9th birthday party before we went into isolation.  I am missing my friends so I thought I would share these photos with you.  We had a great day.  We went Punting on the Avon and to Margaret Mahy for a play.  I can't wait to get back to school to see my friends.

I am having fun with my two big brothers.  They are teaching me a lot.  I will share some photos on my next blog.

Learning about hurricanes

This week I have been learning about hurricanes.  I learned that if there was cold water surrounding warm water the steam from the warm water rises and makes clouds.  This is how a hurricane starts.

My Dad and I did an experiment.  It was a fun experiment to do.  We coloured the hot water red and the cold water blue.
